Our offices remain open with the usual exceptions (weekend, public holidays). We are well stocked and continuing to accept orders 24/7. Like most businesses we are experiencing some challenges and are grateful for your patience.
- Deliveries - Please also be aware that delivery dates selected at checkout are 'preferred' only and not guaranteed. While most deliveries are made on that date our shipping providers continue to warn of delays up to 2 days. Also see our Delivery FAQ.
- Customer Support - We are continuing to receive a high volume of calls. While telephone lines are operational through the week you may experience a longer wait or be asked to call back. Please help us to help you by using our contact form which is continuously monitored. Please be kind to our team who will do their absolute best to help.
- Click and Collect - Collection from our Stockport warehouse is available and can be selected at checkout but it is important that collection date and time is agreed before turning up. You will be contacted by our team and will be advised of the measures which are in place to protect you, our staff and the NHS.
