Can I pay over the telephone?
Yes, we provide convenient payment options for our customers, including credit/debit card payments over the phone. We are also pleased to inform you that we accept payments through BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services).
It is important to mention that deliveries can only be accepted at the cardholder's registered address.
Can I pay on invoice?
Payment is required on pro-forma. We are unable to despatch or enter into contract to supply until the funds are cleared.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! With Klarna, you can spread the cost of your purchase over time or pay later. Simply select Klarna at checkout to see available options.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes. If you’re shopping from a compatible device, you’ll see the option at checkout.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
