Receive Your Kerbside Delivery

Most deliveries are made kerbside. For large or palletised items, please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your order.

Tracking your order

Most orders can be tracked online once they’ve been dispatched. You’ll receive the courier name and tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

SIMS Pallet Deliveries: Deliveries usually arrive between 8 AM and 6 PM. You’ll get a call when the driver is around 30 minutes away.

Royal Mail (Samples): Tracking is not available for sample orders.

Please wait until the morning of your delivery day before attempting to track your order.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of the UK mainland. Surcharges may apply to remote areas. This will be applied when you enter your postcode during checkout.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

We don't currently deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Shetland Islands or Northern Ireland.

Should I book my floor fitter before delivery?

We’re proud to say that 99% of deliveries arrive safely on the chosen delivery day. However, please note that delays can occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control—such as weather, traffic, or courier issues.

For this reason, we strongly recommend waiting until your flooring has been delivered and checked before booking any installation. This helps avoid disruption in the rare event of a delay or issue with your order.

Checking your delivery

Most orders arrive in perfect condition – but it's important to check your flooring when it’s delivered.

We understand you or the driver may be short on time, but if you spot any visible damage, it’s best to refuse the delivery and let us know straight away.

If a full inspection isn’t possible at the door, please check everything within 24 hours of delivery.
