14 Days Customer Returns
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Once you have received your order you have 14 days to begin the returns process. Contact us and we will send your returns number.
Note: Boxed products, bespoke items such as vinyl and cut to order products will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Pack and send your return
Package securely with return number visibly attachment. Send back to us within 14 days of accepted return.
Choose insured courier (Transglobal Express recommended).
Note: You pay for return shipping and insurance.
Recieve your refund
Your refund will be issued within 7 days of us receiving your return.
Returns for Trade Customers
Please contact us to obtain a returns number within 7 days of receiving your order. You must then return your order within 7 days of notification.
To do this please email [email protected] and include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Items from stock will incur a 30% restocking charge.
We are unable to accept returns of bespoke items such as rolls, cut to order products, special orders or part orders.
Items must be returned in resaleable, unopened, unmarked, and undamaged condition.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
